e-couch is a self-help interactive program with modules for depression, generalised anxiety, worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown, and grief and loss. It provides self-help interventions drawn from cognitive, behavioural and interpersonal therapies, and also references relaxation, mindfulness and physical activity.

You do not need to have a diagnosis to make contact with PANDA - they are keen to support any new parent struggling during pregnancy or after the birth of their baby, as well as partners, family and friends.
